Since 1952 J.R. Filanc Construction Company, Inc. (Filanc) has constructed, renovated, and expanded water and wastewater treatment, biosolids management, and waste-to-energy facilities throughout the Western United States. We are an award-winning, general engineering, and designbuild contractor whose principals have over 200 years of combined experience in the construction of water-related infrastructure.

In 1995 Filanc recognized the need to provide our clients with an efficient means to contract for quick-response repair, maintenance, and small construction projects. Our Repair & Maintenance Division (R&M) was created to meet those needs. Since then, R&M has completed over 900 projects utilizing traditional contracting methods as well as many alternative delivery construction methods.

With two offices in California and one in Arizona, R&M has grown to be the preferred source for small construction projects and quick-response emergency repairs for federal, municipal, and private industry customers. Filanc’s Repair & Maintenance Division is ready for your next construction project or to respond to your emergency repair needs.
