We utilize four methods of project delivery: traditional bid-build, design-build, construction manager at risk, and job order contracting (handled by our high-volume small construction Repair & Maintenance Division, also known as the Filanc “Gator.”) These projects range in scope from major undertakings spanning several years to relatively small repairs.
