This project involved construction of a new wastewater treatment plant, together with modifications to an existing plant and over one mile of interconnecting pipelines.  New processes and systems included primary, secondary and tertiary wastewater treatment, headworks and screenings, odor control facilities, chemical disinfection facilities, solids handling.

Average daily flow at this plant is 12 million gallons per day.
