Big Wins! Filanc Colorado Strikes Again

Celebrating Colorado Project Wins!

Littleton/Englewood WWTP Pipeline Injection CMGC

Filanc Colorado Littleton Englewood WinFilanc Rocky Mountain was recently awarded the Littleton/Englewood WWTP Pipeline Injection CMGC project. This $5.2M project will include the construction of a biogas treatment system to convert digester gas into renewable natural gas for injection into Xcel Energy’s natural gas pipeline. After construction is complete the Owner will receive over $100,000/month from selling the RNG to Xcel.

The Rocky Mountain team has vast experience in this type of biogas work from working on the Heartland Biogas project in 2015, and has successfully finished two previous projects with this Owner. We are looking forward to working with them again and continuing to grow our relationship with the project Owner.

Georgetown Lake Lagoon Dredging CMAR

The $2M GMP has been finalized for the Georgetown Lake Lagoon Dredging Filanc Colorado Georgetown Dredging WinCMAR project located in the mountain region of Colorado. The original plan for this project was to hydraulically dredge the lake lagoon down to 20-feet in depth. The Filanc team proposed value engineering ideas to the Town and Engineers and found that we could save the Town money by bypassing Clear Creek, draining the lagoon and using excavators and off-road haul trucks to dig the lake floor down to 20-feet.

Filanc crews will be self-performing the excavation and will be removing approximately 70,000cy of sediment from the lake and placing it on the shore. The sediment that is placed on the shore will be dewatered and utilized as structural fill by the developer of the adjacent property.
