To assure that your career progresses as efficiently as possible, we’ve created the Filanc Pacesetters Program, which outlines the parameters of our internship and co-op education programs.

Our Pacesetters Program is competency based, which means that you’ll be able to progress at a pace commensurate with your abilities, as you complete a checklist of core competencies and acquire an array of skills. With the goal of fostering professional relationships that will continue into the future, Filanc will provide professional development training in such areas as leadership, communications, management, negotiation techniques and project finance.

Internship Eligibility:

• Current student in relevant bachelor/or graduate program
• Good academic standing
• Meet minimum qualifications of job
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
