Company constructs Olive Hills Reservoir, which is mainly used for fire protection for Disneyland.

Annual Christmas party switches venues to local hotels. The executives start providing rooms for the employees after the parties so that they can stay safe and report back to work the following Monday morning.

Company pioneers specialized in innovative concrete forming systems using Wye Wall Paneling. As far as they were aware, no one else was using this efficient, time saving method. The first time it was successfully implemented was at IRWD for the Aeration Basin project.

Company constructs the Santee Water Reclamation Facility, which earns international fame as the first such facility in the world where treated water allows human contact.

Peter “Pete” Filanc receives the honorary Eagle Scout award. The highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts program.
